Why monitor plant?
By enabling a live feed of the building plant operation, any faults or inefficiencies can be identified easily when plant begins to operate outside of predetermined parameters - for example if a space or water temperature rises above an agreed level.
This can lead to significant reductions in both energy consumption and costs by immediately identifying the issues so they can be resolved.
The technology can improve the occupier experience by highlighting any indoor environmental condition issues such as excessive temperature, humidity & CO2 levels. GMA Air Conditioning can then advise and implement remedial actions often at low cost to improve the conditions.
